"Getting out and meeting new people was great, especially the women from Ardoyne and the women from other countries.
I feel I am a better and more understanding person from doing the programme."

I have met women from Ardoyne through this group. I don’t really know anyone from there and you know what, it has been lovely getting to know them. We all have the same struggles in life and to be honest, the group has been really good for me to meet other people and have that bit of relief from home."

'I met women from other communities and at the end of the day, we are just women wanting a good life.
It doesn't matter what your background is and being in the group taught me that."
