Lisa, our Social Enterprise Manager and Una, our #NJFB project lead, had the pleasure of meeting with Karla Bailey, Social and Community Development Officer at Glentoran Football Club and Colin Jess, Board Member and CEO of Social Enterprise NI at Glentoran FC’s home grounds, The Oval.

This was an insightful meeting of like-minded people discussing barriers and inequalities that our female sportspeople experience and how this is mirrored in the education system. Exciting and dynamic options for collaborative working and mutual support were discussed and to be followed up in our next meeting. Watch This Space! #notjustforboys.
