Women’s Wellbeing Programme

Women’s Wellbeing Programme

There’s so much more to looking after our health than watching what we eat and how much exercise we take. Our Women’s Wellbeing programme will provide you with opportunities to really explore what wellbeing means to you.

From menopause to mental health, from managing blood pressure to managing financial pressure, you will identify the issues which affect your personal health and we will use this information to build the programme around your needs.

Again this year, this excellent and important project will be delivered in partnership with local community pharmacist Kevin Crossin whose expertise and local knowledge we really appreciate in making it the success that it is.

This programme is supported by Community Development and Health Network and Public Health Agency and is delivered in partnership with Crossin Chemist
