Coming Out of Lockdown
We understand that as lockdown restrictions ease, many people will be feeling anxious about getting out and about again.
The wonderful Helen McKillen will be joining us to host a 2-week program aimed at helping you to:
- Realise that what you’re feeling is common
- Accept the changes
- Take control of the process at your own pace
- Arm yourself with tips for going out of the home
- Develop your own personal plan for coping with the changes
This course will run on 11th and 18th May from 10am – 1pm and can take place face to face or via Zoom, whatever you are most comfortable with.
