FULLY BOOKED – More Calm, Less Stress (Building Futures)
This course is part of our Building Futures programme and will help you identify sources of stress in your life. You will look at ways to minimise stress by recognising your own thought processes and taking control of your actions and reactions.
Tuesday 28th January – Tuesday 11th February (one morning per week for 3 weeks)
10am – 1pm
There are no eligibility criteria for this programme.
